People

Christina (Gonzalez) McNamara is a counsel in King & Spalding’s Healthcare practice.  Her practice focuses on a wide variety of transactional, operational, reimbursement, and regulatory matters for health care providers and suppliers, including hospitals and health systems, ambulatory surgical centers, academic medical centers, medical schools, and clinical laboratories.  She regularly assists health care clients with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement issues, facility licensure and certification issues, and mergers and acquisitions.  Through her work on numerous health care transactions, she has significant experience in health care due diligence and regulatory and reimbursement implications of changes of ownership.  In 2016, Christina was named as a Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers.
