Ben Williams is a Partner in the firm’s Trial Practice and Global Disputes group. Ben has experience, including as advocate, resolving complex commercial and construction disputes through litigation, arbitration and ADR.

Ben handles disputes in the courts and arbitration centers across Europe and the Middle East, acting for clients in a range of sectors, including international energy companies and financial institutions. 

Ben obtained his LLB (with honors) from the University of Bristol and his LPC (with distinction) from BPP, London. He is qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and holds Higher Rights of Audience (Civil Proceedings). Ben is also an Attorney and Counselor at Law in New York State and is licensed to practice as an advocate in the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (Parts I and II).
