Ava Parisi is an Associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding in the Real Estate and Funds group. Ava's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including development, joint venture negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, and financing and refinancing.
Ava graduated cum laude from Duke University School of Law in 2024. Ava also earned her Master of Arts from Duke University Graduate School in 2024. Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor of Science, as well as a minor in General Business, from the University of Georgia, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2021.
