Arthur Schoen is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group, focusing on a broad range of complex commercial matters. He has assisted clients with all phases of litigation, with pre-litigation disputes, and with government and internal investigations. His practice also includes advising clients on merger reviews and challenges.
Arthur maintains an active pro bono practice, focused primarily on prisoners’ rights and immigration matters. Before joining King & Spalding, he was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
