Arka is an associate in the Trial and Global Disputes practice and a member of the firm's Appellate, Constitutional, and Administrative Law team. Arka represents clients in complex, high-stakes litigation in a broad range of subject areas.  Prior to joining King & Spalding, Arka served as a judicial clerk for Judge Robert B. King of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
