Anna Maria Gabrysch-Datta is an associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice in Frankfurt. She joined the firm in April 2011. With 12 years of experience, Anna’s practice focuses on German investment and regulatory law, fund structuring, fund liquidation, outsourcing and international and German real estate transactions and transactions management. Her practice also involves international taxation, corporate and financing work.

Anna represents major German and international investment fund managers (AIFM) or capital investment companies (KVG) focused on real assets, open-end and closed-end investment funds (AIF), asset managers and German and international institutional real estate investors in their regulatory structuring and in all aspects of their worldwide acquisitions, financings and sales.

Before joining King & Spalding, Anna was for several years a member of the legal department of CORPUS SIREO Asset Management GmbH where she was active in all major fields of real estate law and specialized in real estate asset management as well as international and German real estate transactions and transaction management. Her work focused in particular on all real estate investment fund related regulatory, tax, real estate, corporate and financing aspects including all real estate transactions worldwide as well as the handling of the legal relationship between the company and its fund investors and the supervisory authorities.
