Thad Wilson to Speak at KPMG LLP Webcast

Atlanta Corporate, Finance and Investments partner Thad Wilson will speak at a KPMG webcast titled “KPMG - Distressed Real Estate in 2023” on Jan. 25 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET.  Thad will be offering the legal perspective of distress in the industry.  He will be speaking alongside several KPMG partners, with introductory remarks from KPMG’s economist team.  The panel will cover valuation, tax, lease renegotiation, and legal issues/trends as the real estate industry faces more headwinds given increasing interest rates and a significant number of loan maturities over the coming 18-24 months.
