Satellogic Completes $35 million Registered Direct Offering of Common Stock

On January 27, 2026, Satellogic Inc. (NASDAQ: SATL) completed the offer and sale of approximately $35 million of shares of its class A common stock in a registered direct offering. Satellogic intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for continued investment in growth initiatives, constellation and satellite infrastructure, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
