Atlanta Trial and Global Disputes partner Ronni Solomon will speak on the Sedona Conference’s Commentary on Managing International Legal Holds (Public Comment Version) webinar on Oct. 6. A member of Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery, and Disclosure (WG6) are responsible for drafting the Sedona Conference Commentary on Managing International Legal Holds (“Commentary”). Ronni will moderate this webinar where members of the Commentary drafting team will present their proposed practice points to help organizations and counsel navigate international legal holds that may potentially conflict with international data protection laws – and solicit your input.
