Margaret Nettesheim to Speak at the 21st Annual IBA Anti-Corruption Conference

London Special Matters Counsel Margaret Nettesheim will be a featured speaker at the 21st Annual IBA Anti-Corruption Conference in Paris on June 25-26.  Margaret will participate in a panel discussion on MDB sanctions systems in action, shining light on the inner workings of cross-debarment decision-making through a moot court proceeding. Officers from the World Bank, IDB, EBRD, and AfDB will form the judicial panel, while Margaret and another speaker will advocate as the investigative office and respondent company representatives.  More information can be found here.
