Kyle Gotchy to Speak at American Health Law Association’s Health Care Transactions Conference

Sacramento Healthcare partner Kyle Gotchy will speak at the American Health Law Association’s 2023 Health Care Transactions conference on April 17 to 19 in Nashville, Tenn. Kyle will participate in a panel discussion titled “Veni, Vidi, VBE: Developing, Implementing, and Learning from Value-Based Enterprises.” He will discuss opportunities for structuring value-based arrangements using the framework established by new Stark law exceptions and anti-kickback statute safe harbors, as well as practical lessons learned on the frontlines in leveraging these regulatory flexibilities.
