NEW YORK, Jan. 31, 2017 — Law360 awarded King & Spalding with the Product Liability Group of the Year recognition for the fourth consecutive year. The publication recognized the group for posting “a strong year in the product liability space, headlined by victories.”
“One thing that sets the group apart from its rivals is the ability to understand the science and technology behind the products at issue,” practice group leader Carol Wood told Law360 in an interview. She noted that the group’s bench strength in the area gives “King & Spalding’s attorneys an advantage in working with or cross-examining expert witnesses, as well as making complicated, technical topics more palatable for juries.” Click here to read the article.
