King & Spalding Patent Seminar: A Summary of Recent Developments

King & Spalding will host its fourth annual full-day Patent Law Seminar, providing much-needed guidance on U.S. patent law, which has undergone rapid and fundamental change in the past year. The program is designed for litigators, IP/patent counsel, and corporate counsel.

King & Spalding faculty will provide an update on numerous patent-related topics, including recent developments in U.S. Patent Law, the evolving patent subject matter eligibility standard and its implications on the software and life sciences sectors, Inter Partes Review and other post-grant U.S. Patent Office proceedings, trends in troll litigation and an update on patent litigation reform, IP and international arbitration, and Section 337 Investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission and other IP and international trade issues.
