King & Spalding Advises Perella Weinberg Real Estate on €161 Million Tour Blanche Sale in Paris La Défense


PARIS, October 28, 2014 — King & Spalding advised Perella Weinberg Real Estate Fund I, managed by Perella Weinberg Real Estate, on the €161 million sale of the 27-story Tour Blanche building in Paris La Défense to Plaza Global Real Estate Partners, an investment fund managed by LaSalle investment Managers.

The 25,783-square-meter Class A office building is fully leased and serves as the headquarters of ERDF, a subsidiary of the French national electricity provider EDF.
