LONDON, May 26, 2022 — King & Spalding advised on an energy industry merger honored as the M&A Deal of the Year at the 2022 Australasian Law Awards.
King & Spalding was recognized for its role in advising on US oil and gas, securities, CFIUS, competition, employment and environmental matters in the merger of Santos and Oil Search.
