King & Spalding Advises Northwood Investors on Sale of French Real Estate Fund

PARIS, Jan. 19, 2017 – King & Spalding represented privately-held real estate investment advisor Northwood Investors on the sale of a portfolio fund that held five business parks across France.

Northwood Investors sold the property fund, Foncière NW, to a joint venture fund managed by Amundi Immobilier and the Panhard Groupe. Foncière NW held 100% of the share capital of five subsidiaries, which each owned a business park in either Gennevilliers, or the vicinity of Lyon or Marseille. All assets are leased for activities and offices, including certain high-quality national brands.

King & Spalding’s Paris office acted for Northwood Investors on the transaction. The team was led by Benoît Marcilhacy (partner) and included Blandine Hugon-Pagès (counsel) and Maxime Savonitto (associate).
