King & Spalding Advises Cousins Properties on Atlanta Office Tower That Will Serve As Global Headquarters for NCR Corp.


ATLANTA, July 21, 2015 — A team of King & Spalding attorneys advised Cousins Properties Incorporated on the acquisition of a development site for an approximately $200 million-plus, 485,000-square-foot office tower in Midtown Atlanta that will serve as the world headquarters for the NCR Corporation.

NCR Corporation, a Fortune 500 leader in consumer transaction technologies, has leased 100 percent of the building, and construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2016. King & Spalding's team advised Cousins Properties on construction and lease agreements for the development. The deal was announced July 15.
