Karl Heisler to Speak at the Plumbing Manufacturers International’s Manufacturing Success Conference

Karl Heisler, Chicago Environmental, Health, and Safety partner, will be a featured speaker at the Plumbing Manufacturers International’s Manufacturing Success Conference held November 3-6, 2025 in Chicago, Illinois. Karl will present a discussion on what producers should be thinking about right now with respect to state extended producer responsibility (“EPR”) laws for paper and plastic packaging; how producers can prepare; what to expect from enforcement; and other hot topics in EPR.
