Jonathan Arkins to Speak at International Trade and Forfaiting Association’s Annual Americas Conference

Miami Structured Finance partner Jonathan Arkins will speak at the International Trade and Forfaiting Association’s Annual Americas conference on May 25 in Miami, Fla. Jonathan will participate in a panel discussion on the evolving nature of supply chain finance and projected future developments in supply chain finance.  The panel will be made up of representatives of four major banks in the supply chain space, with Jonathan speaking as to matters of New York law (which governs most US based supply chain finance programs).  More information can be found here.
