J. Philip Ludvigson to Co-Chair 9th National Conference on CFIUS

Washington, D.C. International Trade partner J. Philip Ludvigson will co-chair the 9th National Conference on CFIUS on Apr. 13-14 in Arlington, Va.  Having recently helped lead the U.S. Department of the Treasury office that chairs the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), Phil will share his unique perspective on the impact of new developments, including the first-ever CFIUS Enforcement and Penalty Guidelines and the equally historic CFIUS Executive Order. The conference is the country’s premier gathering of government, outside counsel, advisors and in-house executives.
