How to Launch a Telehealth Clinic: Legal Considerations


Since the pandemic, telehealth clinics have been entering the market at a rapid pace, and they are here to stay. Telehealth clinics can increase patient access by reducing logistical hurdles, increasing patient privacy, and even reducing the cost of patient care. However, telehealth clinics are a new area of focus for the Department of Justice, the FTC, and the FDA. This webinar will provide practical compliance tips for successful launches of telehealth clinics.
