Harold E. Franklin, Jr. Named To Product Liability Advisory Council


ATLANTA, March 30, 2015 — Harold E. Franklin, Jr., a partner at King & Spalding, has been admitted as a sustaining member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, Inc.

The Product Liability Advisory Council is a non-profit organization formed in 1983 to analyze, understand and shape the common law of product liability and complex litigation. Membership is comprised of more than 100 of the world’s leading product manufacturers and is limited to approximately 350 of the top product liability defense counsel in the United States and abroad.

Franklin is a member of King & Spalding’s tort litigation practice in the firm’s Atlanta office. His practice focuses on complex high-stakes product liability litigation and has also included business disputes and internal investigations. He has also served as national written discovery counsel. Franklin represents many of the world’s largest corporations in high-exposure “bet-the-company” product liability and mass tort lawsuits in the automotive, pharmaceutical, beverage, tobacco, and package delivery industries.
