Gemstone Solutions Group, Inc. Emerges From Bankruptcy

Gemstone Solutions Group, Inc. (formerly known as Gymboree Group, Inc., which was a leading children’s apparel manufacturer and retailer under the Gymboree, Janie & Jack and Crazy 8 brands prior to the sale of substantially all of its assets) and its affiliates (the “Debtors”) effectuated its Chapter 11 plan of reorganization (the “Plan”) and emerged from bankruptcy as a reorganized company in which K&S’s client, affiliates of a global financial institution, served as the prepetition agent, prepetition lender, DIP agent and DIP lenders, and received 100% of the equity in the reorganized Debtors.
