Roth is an accomplished civil litigator whose practice focuses on complex business and entertainment litigation, and cases brought under California’s consumer protection laws. He also leads scores of consumer class action matters across California in state and federal courts and has been hailed as a “17200 guru” by clients. In addition, Roth is often called on to represent clients through the appellate process and has obtained successful results on numerous appeals before the federal circuit courts and the California Court of Appeal.
