Crain’s New York Business Names Alvin Lee to its 2022 Notable Diverse Leaders in Law List


NEW YORK, July 11, 2022 — Crain’s New York Business has named King & Spalding Trial and Global Disputes partner Alvin Lee to its 2022 Notable Diverse Leaders in Law list. The list honors the New York lawyers for their “counseling and the nature of their pro bono work,” and who “demonstrate a commitment to community service, philanthropy, professional mentorship and DEI initiatives,” according to the publication.

Lee focuses on complex commercial litigation, mass torts, and class action defense, most notably for clients in the financial services, energy, chemical, accounting, and technology sectors, among others.  He has significant experience in disputes relating to energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing projects, and has represented companies in litigation arising out of offtake agreements, supply agreements, M&A transactions, financing agreements, EPC contracts, and joint venture agreements.
