Crain’s Chicago Business Names Tim FitzSimons to its 2025 Notable M&A Dealmakers List

Crain’s Chicago Business has named King & Spalding partner Tim FitzSimons to its Chicago’s Notable M&A Dealmakers list. The list highlights those who are “driving transformative transactions, shaping business strategy, and creating long-term value” across the dealmaking landscape, according to the publication.

FitzSimons has advised clients on public and private M&A transactions totaling more than US$200 billion. He specializes in representing public and private companies on their most important merger and acquisition transactions as well as key corporate governance matters. His experience includes representing clients on a broad range of transactions, including tender offers, carve-outs, cross-border transactions, stock-for-stock mergers and deSPAC transactions.
