Craig Carpenito Inducted Into American College of Trial Lawyers


NEW YORK, Sept. 19, 2022 — King & Spalding Government Matters partner Craig Carpenito has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America. He joins 13 other current King & Spalding lawyers who received this designation. 

Former U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Carpenito has over two decades of experience as a litigator in private and public practice. He has a proven track record of success in counseling financial services and healthcare clients through government investigations and high-stakes litigation.

Founded in 1950, the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) is an honorary professional association composed of experienced trial lawyers in the United States and Canada.
