Craig Carpenito Inducted Into American College of Trial Lawyers

NEW YORK, Sept. 19, 2022 — King & Spalding Government Matters partner Craig Carpenito has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America. He joins 13 other current King & Spalding lawyers who received this designation. 

Former U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Carpenito has over two decades of experience as a litigator in private and public practice. He has a proven track record of success in counseling financial services and healthcare clients through government investigations and high-stakes litigation.

Founded in 1950, the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) is an honorary professional association composed of experienced trial lawyers in the United States and Canada. The organization strives to maintain and improve the administration of justice, ethics in the profession, and the standards of trial practice.
