Benchmark Litigation Recognizes King & Spalding as a Leading Litigation Firm


NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2022 — King & Spalding has once again earned top practice and lawyer rankings in Benchmark Litigation’s guides to the top litigation firms in the United States and Asia-Pacific.

In its national-level rankings in the Benchmark Litigation United States 2023 guide, King & Spalding ranks in Tier 1 for General Commercial Litigation, International Arbitration, Product Liability and Recall, and White-Collar Crime. 

The firm also earned multiple state- and local-level rankings for its California, District of Columbia, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, and Texas litigation practices.
