APC Automotive Technology Restructures

K&S represented an ad hoc group of first lien term loan lenders including Apollo Global Management and CBAM, in connection with a prepackaged bankruptcy case resulting in the restructuring of APC Automotive Technologies LLC, a manufacturer and supplier of automotive parts and components.  Certain members of the term lender group funded the bankruptcy case through debtor in possession financing resulting in a confirmed prepackaged plan that converted the prepetition debt into substantially all of the equity of reorganized APC.
