Sotomayor is a partner in the Banking and Institutional Finance and Private Credit and Special Situations practices. Sotomayor concentrates her practice in debt financings and other corporate finance matters, regularly representing banks, alternative lenders and private credit providers, non-traditional lenders and private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers.
