Billy Sadik-Khan is an Associate in the Special Matters and Investigations practice in King & Spalding’s New York office. Billy’s practice focuses on federal government investigations, corporate internal investigations, and white collar criminal defense litigation.

Billy has represented clients in proceedings involving a wide array of federal, state, and foreign authorities, such as the Justice Department (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the California Air Resources Board (CARB), the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism. He has advised corporations and individuals in a wide array of matters, including false claims, sanctions, insider trading, broker-dealer registration, Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering, and taxation.

Billy earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. At the University of Virginia, Billy spent a summer as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California and participated in UVA’s Criminal Defense Clinic, where he represented individual clients in the City of Charlottesville. Before attending law school, Billy earned a degree in Economics at Middlebury College.
