Sydney Teng is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Data, Privacy & Security practice.

Sydney graduated with high honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, she served as Executive Articles Editor for the North Carolina Law Review and interned for the Honorable Robert J. Conrad, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Sydney was a member of the school’s Consumer Financial Transactions Clinic and received a Certificate of Merit in Secured Transactions. Upon graduation, she was recognized by the school for her pro bono contribution and remains committed to pro bono efforts in her professional career. Sydney received her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University where she earned multiple conference and regional awards for her efforts on the women’s varsity soccer team.

Prior to law school, Sydney worked with Evergreen Health Care, a nonprofit health care organization providing primary care to the greater Baltimore area.
