Serena is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of King & Spalding and is a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Serena’s practice focuses on general corporate governance and transactional matters, including equity financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Serena received her J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as President of the South Asian Law Student Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Medical Anthropology from Case Western Reserve University.
