Nouf Alashaikh advises on a broad range of corporate and capital markets matters, including initial public offerings (IPOs), joint ventures, fund formation, and ongoing regulatory and compliance requirements. She regularly advises on corporate governance and has assisted Saudi, Gulf, and international clients with entity establishment and licensing in the Kingdom. Her practice also includes drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
In addition, Nouf advises on employment and labor matters, including the review of employment documentation and the drafting of internal policies and workplace regulations. She has also supported litigation matters through detailed legal research and drafting.
Nouf is admitted to practice in Saudi Arabia and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law with Honors from Prince Sultan University.
She is native in Arabic and fluent in English.
