Noah is an associate on the Special Matters and Government Investigations team in King & Spalding’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense and corporate internal investigations. Noah has experience assisting companies with sensitive investigations concerning matters ranging from workplace violence and sexual misconduct to potential FCPA violations and securities fraud. He also represents individuals and companies in complex civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Noah served as a law clerk for the Honorable Danny J. Boggs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He also previously worked as a paralegal specialist in one of the criminal enforcement sections of the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.
Noah graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School where he served as an Articles Editor for the Chicago Journal of International Law. During law school, Noah worked as an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
