Natalie Whitaker is an associate in the Atlanta office of King and Spalding and a member of the Real Estate Practice. Natalie’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, development, joint venture negotiation, and financing and refinancing.

Prior to joining King and Spalding, Natalie practiced in the New York City office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Natalie earned her law degree from the University of Virginia in 2014, where she served on the University Honor Committee. Natalie earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in 2007.
