Morgan Cronin is an associate in the Atlanta office and is a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice. She represents clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries involved in complex litigation, arbitration, government investigations, and transactions. Morgan regularly defends healthcare organizations in government enforcement matters, including False Claims Act litigation.
Morgan joined King & Spalding following a two-year clerkship at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Georgia State University Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Morgan pursued the Georgia State College of Law's joint J.D./M.S.H.A. program, and graduated with her M.S. in Health Administration, summa cum laude.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Morgan worked as a claims analyst for a medical professional liability carrier in Atlanta, Georgia.
