Micheal Fraiji specializes in corporate advisory, investment fund structuring, and dispute resolution in Saudi Arabia. Micheal also has significant experience advising private companies, government-owned entities and project sponsors on a wide range of corporate transactions, including general corporate advisory matters.
Micheal also represents clients in commercial arbitration and labor disputes, offering strategic counsel in contentious matters that intersect with broader business interests. He works with fund managers, institutional investors, and corporates to deliver practical legal solutions aligned with commercial objectives.
Micheal received his LLB from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2019 and received his LLM from the University of California, Berkeley in 2023.
