Melissa Monaghan is an associate in King & Spalding’s Washington, D.C., office and a member of the FDA and Life Sciences team. Melissa's practice involves regularly advising clients on FDA advertising and marketing matters, as well as supporting government fraud and abuse investigations involving healthcare supplier compliance with both state and federal regulatory regimes.

Melissa received her law degree from Stanford Law School and graduated with B.A. in Psychology from Vanderbilt University. During her time at Stanford, she spent substantial time working with the Yurok Tribe to help address several pressing public health crises; she has since been admitted to the Yurok Tribal Court Bar.
