Megan Metersky Usher is an associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate practice. Her practice focuses primarily in the areas of venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. She is a member of the firms’ Emerging Company and Venture Capital and Technology Transactions specialty groups. 

Megan earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she achieved Dean’s List and served as an editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy. She has previous internship experience in the classified document policy space, as well as in-house regulatory work at a financial institution.
