Associate
Matt Rosenthal is an associate in King & Spalding’s Trial and Global Disputes group. His practice focuses on securities litigation.
Before joining the firm, Matt served as a judicial clerk to Chief Judge Thomas W. Thrash, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in Atlanta.
Matt graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017 and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. As a law student, Matt served as the Executive Articles Editor of Volume 51 of the Georgia Law Review, was a member of the Moot Court team, and participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic. He also served as an intern for Judge Leigh Martin May in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in Atlanta.
