Matt is an associate in the Charlotte office of King & Spalding and a member of the Real Estate & Funds practice group. Matt's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including development, acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture negotiation, and finance and refinancing of commercial real estate loans.
