Mary is an associate in King & Spalding’s Government Matters & Regulation practice. Mary advises employers on a wide variety of employee benefit and executive compensation matters. Mary has experience drafting plan documents and participant communications for retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. Mary also has experience helping clients identify and resolve various compliance issues related to plan qualification.
