Banner Banks is an associate in King & Spalding’s Trial and Global Disputes practice and a member of the firm’s Appellate, Constitutional, and Administrative Law team. Banner represents clients in complex, high-stakes civil litigation across a wide range of subject areas, including product liability, data privacy and security, commercial disputes, and consumer class actions. Her practice focuses on strategic counseling, dispositive motions, and appeals. 

Prior to joining the firm, Banner clerked for Chief Judge Priscilla Richman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in Austin, Texas. 

Banner earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as a Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review and was selected to join the Order of the Coif. 

She obtained her B.A. in English and Art History from the University of Virginia.
