People

Marcia Foti is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice.  Marcia specializes in advising healthcare providers on a full range of litigation and regulatory matters. 

Before joining King & Spalding, Marcia served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Shelby on the United States District Court for the District of Utah and the Honorable Beth Robinson on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.  During law school, she served as Philanthropy Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and the co-President of the Democracy Law Project.

Before law school, Marcia worked as an analyst in health economics and policy for a medical device company, where she focused on reimbursement issues.  Marcia earned her undergraduate degree from Stanford University, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Economics.
