Lindsay Thomas is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. Her corporate transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital and debt financings, and general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Thomas has worked with companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and acquirers across a range of sectors, including aerospace, defense, government services, cybersecurity, data analytics, clean technology, software and telecommunications.  Ms. Thomas has also been recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star.”
