Katie Peachman Kurrie is an associate in the New York office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Katie’s practice is focused on commercial real estate finance transactions, where she represents financial institutions, including debt funds and investment banks, on the origination and disposition of mortgage, mezzanine, construction and securitized loans across all real estate asset classes, including office buildings, multifamily complexes, hotels, retail properties, mixed-use properties and industrial properties throughout the country. 

Katie received her Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, where she was the Executive Notes Editor of the Journal of Legislation and a member of the Student Bar Association.

Katie received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Fordham University.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of Illinois.
