Kate Kemper is an associate in the Atlanta office and is a member of the Private Funds and Real Estate practices at King & Spalding. Kate's practice focuses on fund formation and offerings, joint venture formations, secondary transactions, and M&A and general corporate matters for private companies and private equity funds. Kate also has experience in other aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, leasing, and financing and refinancing.
