Jack is an Associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations practice. His practice focuses on internal and government investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and related civil litigation. Jack has experience representing clients in matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and state attorneys general.
He also advises clients on compliance in a variety of areas, including anti-money laundering, data privacy, and AI governance. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
