Jessica is experienced in advising clients with respect to a wide range of corporate governance matters, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, equity financings, securities, contracting, and other corporate law matters in a variety of industries including energy and infrastructure, construction, technology services, finance, and hospitality. Jessica has advised clients from the U.S., Canada, Japan, and the United Kingdom with respect to U.S.-based transactions.
