Jessica advises sponsors, investors and other market participants in the power, energy and infrastructure industries regarding corporate transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and advising private equity clients in relation to portfolio investments. 

Jessica's practice is focused on private sector M&A at the service of private equity clients in the energy (including renewable energy), infrastructure, and project development industries.  Jessica’s experience includes advising a broad range of stakeholders with respect to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, auctions, joint ventures, and preferred equity and tax equity financings, as well as advising with respect to the facilitation of tax credit transfer purchases, sales, and related structuring matters. She is experienced in advising clients with respect to a wide range of corporate governance matters, in a variety of industries including energy and infrastructure, construction, technology services, finance, and hospitality. Jessica has advised clients from the U.S., Canada, Japan, and the United Kingdom with respect to U.S.-based transactions.
